My name is Brittany Massey, and I’m the proud mother of three. In 2015, my family and I faced an unimaginable loss when we lost our daughter/sister just three days before her due date. The grief was overwhelming, and for a long time, I wasn’t sure how I would move forward.
Then, in 2021, my sister-in-law passed away shortly after giving birth to my nephew. It was during this difficult time that I stepped up to care for my nephew. While this journey has been both challenging and rewarding, it has also given me a new sense of purpose. It was through this experience that I found my calling to provide holistic and emotional support to other families who are navigating similar challenges.
I believe that no one should go through these life-altering experiences alone. That’s when Beyond The Belly was founded. With my 19+ years of experience, I envisioned a world where families can find compassionate care and guidance through the most important moments in their lives. With my support, you won’t have to walk this path alone.

At Beyond the Belly, our mission is to provide compassionate, holistic, and personalized support to families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. We are dedicated to empowering parents with the knowledge, confidence, and care they need to navigate their journey into parenthood. Through our comprehensive doula services, we strive to foster a nurturing environment that promotes the well-being of both mother and baby, ensuring a positive and enriching experience from bump to baby and beyond.

Labor Doula Package
Trust Beyond the Belly to provide compassionate and comprehensive labor doula services for you and your family. Our package includes an initial consultation, three prenatal visits, continuous labor support, two postpartum follow-up visits, assistance with creating a birth plan and childbirth education, as well as phone and email support throughout your pregnancy and postpartum journey. You can count on us to be there for you every step of the way.
Postpartum Doula Package
At BEYOND THE BELLY, our Postpartum Doula Package provides 40 hours of comprehensive postpartum support, breastfeeding assistance, newborn care guidance, and light household tasks. Full Comprehensive Package
Get the support and care you need during your pregnancy and postpartum journey with our Full Comprehensive Package at BEYOND THE BELLY. Our services include an initial consultation, four prenatal visits, continuous labor support with backup doula availability, and 72 hours of postpartum support. We also offer three in-home or virtual lactation consultations, or 1 in-hospital visit and 1 in-home or virtual lactation consultation. With follow-up phone and email support throughout pregnancy and postpartum, as well as light household assistance, our team is dedicated to helping you every step of the way.

Virtual Consultations
Virtual services for doula, lactation, and emotional support offer remote assistance to expecting and new parents through video calls, phone consultations, and online messaging platforms. These services provide personalized guidance on pregnancy, childbirth preparation, breastfeeding techniques, and postpartum care. Emotional support is also offered, helping parents navigate the emotional challenges of parenthood. Virtual consultations allow clients to access professional expertise from the comfort of their home, providing flexible scheduling and continuous support throughout the perinatal period.
Lactation Support Package
